Q : what is your processing time ?
please allow 5 - 8 days of processing time as bubu's hooman also has a FT time job outside of this hobby. delays may occur during sales, shop updates, holidays or events. for all customers, your order will be delayed due to COVID-19 and country specific restrictions. pombubu hopes you understand and thanks you for your patience and empathy during these rough times~
Q : what is your packaging care like ?
bubu’s hooman shall put all adorable products in a glassine bag then placed in a recycled envelope or cardboard box and shipped with a postage stamp or shipping label. depending on how much it weighs and if you purchase tracked shipping.
Q : shipping options ?
i cannot ship to these countries
untracked :: flat items ONLY (vinyl stickers + stickers sheets + prints) weighing less than 3.5 oz, no more than 1/2 in. thick and does not contain items listed below:
- washi tapes
- memo pads
- keychains
...shall be shipped in an envelope with a postage stamp unless tracked shipping is chosen.
tracked :: bulky items listed above, weighing over 3.5 oz and more than 1/2 in. thick shall be shipped in a cardboard box or bubble mailer with a shipping label.
Q : lost, damaged goods ?
pombubu is not responsible for your order once it has left our possession and we will not replace any lost goods
Q : missing items or wrong item received ?
pombubu apologizes sincerely~! please contact us immediately by following these steps :
- clearly take a photo of the all items you’ve received
- send the photo to hello@pombubu.com with “missing items / wrong item received” in the subject line
- write a brief description of the issue in the body
please note pombubu is NOT responsible for any damages that may occur during transit.
Q : wrong delivery address
you will be over 9000% responsible for correctly providing us with your address. in the event that bubu’s hooman makes the error, she will cover the costs to redeliver.
